Webex CC - Customer Analyzer Heat Map - SLA Green

Heaty Map reports for SLA and % should turn from light green to bright green as the % increases to show that the SLA is being met. Changing the colour from Light Red to Dark Red indicates the SLA is worse

    As discussed in our meeting this is on the future backlog to select the color for the heatmap
