Allow "Admins" of the Control Hub to modify user e-mail addresses.

We as Control Hub admins have females that are changing their last names and with that comes changes to e-mail addresses. Currently we are unable to modify the user's e-mail address and must delete and re-add the user with their new e-mail address. This impacts the user's currently scheduled meetings and we need a way to change the e-mail address of a user in the Control Hub.
