Configure default app settings in Control Hub

As an administrator, I would like to be able to define default settings for all Webex apps in our organization in Control Hub. For example: disable ultrasound, turn off video for incoming calls, remove background noise, etc. It would be even better if we could define these by device type (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android).
