Start Webex in minimised mode

I would like an option in Webex for Windows to start it in minimised mode - ie it opens with an icon in the hidden icons section and not on the main screen. It's annoying having it open on the main screen every day as it's not used that often.

Agreed! Super annoying in Windows 10 as I'm not able to easily modify the startup shortcut to open as minimized.
