We have a user who has 2 mailboxes. The user wants the Webex Desktop app to fetch meeting details from both of his Outlook calendars. Can you check if this is possible?

I did look around to check if there is a workaround for this besides manually adding the .ics file to the desired calendar, but due to the application logic, multiple mailboxes are not supported at this time.

Even though Outlook supports more than 1 mailbox, because the logic of Webex account is to have a single host user account, the Desktop app will only associate itself with the calendar that is associated with the email that is used to log into the application.

As you have already stated in point 5 of the article: https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX28944/How-Do-I-Troubleshoot-Schedule-on-Behalf-of-Issues, it is officially documented that Webex only supports a single mailbox for each user.
