Webex Control Hub: Monitoring Service Webex.. Add the Agent to Cisco's own environment for comparison

If customers can compare there own statistics for monitoring with Webex they can better identify if the issue is Customer network or Webex performance issue

For example If customer has a latency Spike that is not matched on Cisco's Webex Monitoring agents then customer needs to investigate their network
