We're using Webex for about 3'000 users and a part of them use macOS clients. Having the VDI support like Windows will be a nice improvement and massively reduce the support tickets about quality/audio setup.

I agree. My Citrix environment has roughly 90 connections daily and of that roughly 45% of them are Mac users. Having VDI optimizations plug-in support for Mac would benefit our environment tremendously.
