Add ability to disable automatic hyperlinking

Currently anything entered into a message that is interpreted as a possible URL or website gets turned into a hyperlink and prepended with https://
This can be problematic when trying to share a list of IP addresses as they are translated into links with https:// which may no work if clicked.

Would it be possible to add a user option to disable the automatic hyperlink feature?

    We plan to enhance code blocks in rich text mode. This would allow code block to be sent as a file and would render its preview accordingly. Would this address the need of sending IP addresses?

    This needs to be put in place ASAP and should also include numerical IP addresses, e.g. 10.1.1.1. When sharing IPs/URLs in Webex these are automatically converted to links that can/will be easily clicked on sending traffic destined to these IP addresses/URLs.
