VDI optimization support for Webex Events

VDI optimization works great for normal Webex meetings, however when a presenter uses Webex Events for a larger meeting, VDI users currently cannot use optimization which requires them to either attend from a different device, or else attend unoptimized inside the virtual desktop. Both workarounds can have a suboptimal experience, so we'd like to see support for Webex Events added to the VDI optimization tool.

    this feature is greatly missed.

    In-house events in Citrix currently not possible

    In addition, 1) if a PPT has been converted to MP4 with music then the text on some pages is blurred. 2) The presentation is recorded with a blank screen. Can we please have this fixed in the next release.

    The use of VDI is increasing. With the work-at-home users group this is becoming a much needed functionality.
