Attend Webex from multiple devices

We'd like to have Webex support joining a meeting from multiple devices and as long as you're logged in under the same account it would recognize that it is "you" from both places and treat you as a single attendee. This is useful when you want to view or share content from a different device than your audio or video is sourced from, or if your audio is sourced from a different device than your video. That way your video will "spotlight" you when you speak even if your audio is from a different device.

People don't always join from a single device. They may want to use a mobile for showing their video while attaching to the meeting for content sharing from a desktop. Or they may be using a virtual desktop that currently doesn't support content sharing optimized for video and need to attach a second device for that. This provides a better user experience for people that have unique connection requirements that differ from those that connect from a single device.

A DX80 can also be logically linked in a conference with a user, why not with two devices (mobile and desktop) under one account. Then you could combine eg. camera and mic from different devices with the same user.

I need to connect to meetings from my computer to be able to see documents shared during the meeting, but I also connect to the meetings a second time from my phone using my Bluetooth earbuds for high quality audio and mic. This causes me to show up twice in all Webex meetings.

Microsoft Teams handles this same setup correctly, merging my two connections into one, by only showing me connected to a meeting once. I wish Webex would handle this the same way.

FWIW - This functionality appears to exist in Webex Teams. I've joined a call from my Mac, Windows (vdi), and iPad simultaneously. Guessing this is for the legacy webex client?

A simple notification could achieve this
"You are already logged in to this Webex with this account as a HOST/ATTENDEE, do you wish to:
    1. Join here as a Host (Take over your Host privileges from the other account, making the other account an Attendee) <If you are Host in this meeting>
    2. Join here as an ATTENDEE

    3. Kill the other session, and join here as HOST/ATTENDEE
    "

The user might be in a location with limited bandwidth and multiple technologies (e.g. WiFi, Cellular, …) might be employed to obtain the full functionality of Webex.
