customer want's to set an admin controlled default for "Connect to nearest device automatically" in WebEx Apps 

2 Questions regarding WebEx Device / Proximity.

- We'd rather not have users automatically connect to a device when they enter the room. For this we disabled Proximity by setting MaxVolume to 0 on the device (as documented on the device: To prevent a cloud registered device from sending ultrasound pairing messages, you must set Audio Ultrasound MaxVolume to 0). 
This results in an Issue being reported on Control hub for these devices. 

- Complementary to the above; is it possible to set an admin controlled default for "Connect to nearest device automatically" in WebEx Apps?

    Our users are having the exact same issue of automatically connecting to vc units - we need the ability to administratively set this setting to off
