This is marked as "Already exists", however, that is not really true.
There is a way to find out what a user's local time is by opening a chat with them, opening their profile etc, however, that is not useful at the times when I need this feature.
When talking with someone in a time zone other than mine, it would be great if a clock was visible in the same way that "Out of Office" conditionally appears when relevant.
