Allow host to lower hand

With the raise hand feature, it would be helpful as a facilitator to be able to lower a person's hand. We tried a retro with a large group where you must raise a hand to speak, but frequently the speakers forgot to lower and it was disruptive to the conversation to ask. Small note that the host cannot raise a hand and that would be helpful as the meeting creator was not the facilitator.
