Call/ Send Message to contact when available

Many of us jump from one meeting to another and it can be difficult to catch someone when they are available to speak, ultimately delaying a conversation and slowing down the business. I'm proposing two features in Webex to "Call contact when they are available" and "Send Message to contact when they are available". As a Webex (Teams) user, you will have the ability to select one of these options and when the person you are trying to contact is available (e.g. ends a meeting, starts their work day, etc), Webex would automatically place the call or send the message. It would get us closer to the in person experience where you can walk up to someone in the office and quickly ask a question. It could also help reduce the interupting messages we all get while we are already in meetings

The solution should also encompass the use case in which the recipient is on vacation, in which case, you 'could' do it the way described above... or, as I would recommend, to do it like it is done in Outlook, with Delayed Send - you pick the date and time of delivery. With Delayed Send, you are in control, rather than the system being in control.
