Our client wants to identify if they gave the pro pack license to the correct users.

For this set-up kindly see below list of licenses that they want to provide for the teachers and students:

Teachers – should have all the licenses (WebEx Team, WebEx Team Meetings, WebEx Enterprise Edition, and Pro pack license)

Students – should only have (WebEx Team, WebEx Team Meetings, and WebEx Enterprise Edition)

On the admin control hub, pro pack license was not specified on the licenses listed on the users >> services >> edit. How would they know that pro pack license was assigned to the correct user, if the teachers and students have the same tagging/selection of licenses on the admin hub.

They want to have these kind of set-up below. Based on the license summary, it was specified per type of licenses.

For now, we are using manual thicking of the Pro pack license on the "users>> meetings>>url>> meetings pro" it was not indicated on the bulk export for assigning licenses.
