Webex Accessibility - enable transcription by attendees not hosts

Webex Assistant is a great tool in that it provides accessibility opportunities to employees who need accommodations for services like live transcription. Today's implementation causes some angst with how our company interprets GDPR, and Work's Council policies and regulations. All the pieces of the puzzle are in place, but could be massaged to enable accessibility options for those that need them. This could make Cisco a leader in the accessibility of online meetings where other providers lack.

Webex Accessibility would be the same as Webex assistant. It would require a host account (mainly for licensing purposes). Administrators would be able to enable Accessibility for the users that are seeking accommodations. any meeting or event this user attends on the Webex platform, they would be able to enable Webex assistant, which would be limited to just live transcripts/closed captioning. Only the persons needing accommodation would see the live transcription process, and other Webex assistant features like "highlights" and "notes" would be disabled.
