Create preferences for handling unread messages

Create a preference to group unread messages below your Webex meetings that are available to join. Currently, you can only see your unread messages by using the filters and the "Unread " filter blocks the option to join meetings.

    Hi Michelle,
    Thanks for the request. We have a feature planned for the April update that pins the active meeting bricklet to the top of the list regardless of what filters you have selected.
    Once this feature is available you will be able to navigate to your 'Unread' filter and still see any active meetings available to join at the top of the list.
