In Jabber there is a Ringer & Alerts Volume slider so you can adjust the ringer volume for both your PC speakers and headset if you have "All Devices" selected for Ringer & Alerts. In Webex (Teams) there is no way to adjust this volume.
Right now I have no choice but to set the ringtone for direct calls to OFF because all other ringtones are so loud as to hurt my ears. Consequently I have to tell people not to call me on Webex for anything important because I might not notice their call.

YES please this is driving anyone who works in a Call Center nuts! How can you overlook this feature?

As we've started the transition from Jabber to Webex we've also been getting complaints about the the lack of ringer volume controls since it's very loud by default.

Hi team, Many of our clients would like a quieter ringtone, but a louder in call speaker volume, currently I can see no way to control these levels independently, this would be a great enhancement please, as you might be in a call and turn up the system volume to hear better, then afterwards your ringer volume is too loud.
