Join meetings early

Right now if I send my Webex Room Kits a meeting in either Zoom or Teams, I am unable to join the meeting until 10 minutes prior to the meeting start time. There are times where we want to have the room ready far in advance of the meeting start time. Please help us avoid having to send the room multiple meeting requests for the same meeting.
