Users can set default layout for meetings

User can set their default layout preferences so that they don't have to change layout setting every single time they join a meeting.

Yes!

I prefer to hide the Participants list and have their individual videos down the right side rather than on top (Side by Side layout). I wish I could configure this as my default.

Please add this feature!
