App Classic view list of conversations

From 11.8.2 list of conversations in Classic view is updated each time when someone sends message. And new message/chat is on top.
It would be great to have this as a setting in configuration to choose should new messages/chats will apear on top or down of the list ?

    This would be another feature, ping some contacts on the top
