Remove Cloud Awareness from Device Without Factory Reset

We have had many requests from customers that would prefer to have a method to revert a device from "cloud managed" (cloud aware) to "on-prem" managed without the need to factory reset.

Currently, the requirement to factory reset puts strain on admins to need to be on location with the device to factory reset it and then get the device edge registered again. This occurs under any circumstance where the edge registration needs to be removed and re-added for any reason.
