I completely agree with you. I can't tell you how many times I get asked, can we have feature "X," or why can't we do this here, but those in the commercial sector can do this. I get asked these questions by FedRamp, and HCS-G/HCS-D Customers, along with On-Prem Only "Air-Gapped" customers all the time. Microsoft Teams is a Huge Competitor here, I would much rather see Cisco in these places than Microsoft.
