Currently Webex Boards have the internal microphone array locked. While this is excellent for simplicity and accessiblity it does not account for scenarios that include fine-tuning the audio after purchase. While the original engineered mic level is excellent in defined spaces, moving the board to a larger space or accounting for various speakers can negatively affect audio. Without an external mic port, there are no adjustments that can be made to address any outbound audio issues.
