Webex Scheduler for Outlook (Office 365 version) hard stop if error adding Webex meeting or other errors

We have received feedback that when users schedule Webex meetings using the Outlook Webex scheduler (Office 365 version) that it is easy to click on the add Webex Button and not realize that there was an error and the Webex information was not added to the meeting.

They are asking for a hard stop if there is an error with a pop up error message so they see there was an error. They have had some meetings scheduled and did not realize the plug-in failed to add the Webex meeting information.
