When an incoming call occurs, users have the option to reply with chat currently, however, they don't have control over what happens to the call. They should be allowed to choose whether the call is sent to the call coverage path immediately or allow it to follow the currently configured coverage path. This would be the desktop equivalent of Ignore vs Decline on the IP Phone.
