add more links to the calling settings page under the Self-Care portal link (to reach several Self-Care portal)

In the current Webex App, in the calling settings page, it is possible to set/define a single Self-Care portal link. It means a single Self-Care portal can be reached so far. I copy a picture of the current UX to reach the Self-Care portal with the Webex App.

But not all the settings can be available on the same and single Self-Care. For instance :

- Cisco can provide a Self-Care portal in which i could set usual call settings

- The partner might have some specific call settings to modify that would be only available on a custom partner Self-Care portal. Of course, the Webex App should provide the required element to support SSO mechanism.

Today, this is not supported. To support such situation which is more and more requested per the Cisco partner, it is key to be able to add more links to the calling settings page under the Self-Care portal link (to reach several Self-Care portals).
