Contribution of troubleshooting functionality

In the Webex control admin interface, troubleshooting section, quality statistics (voice, etc.) are present and exportable in JSON.In the current state, it is only possible to have this data through the control hub.We need to retrieve this information via an API in order to access all meeting data in real time.This will make it possible, for example, to know in real time which bridge is causing the problem, to have reports / stats
