Sending an account reactivation email

When a user has been created in the control hub, he receives a Cisco activation email.If the user does not click on the link, it is possible to send them an email in the control hub admin interface.An API is required for this functionality to be possible through Visiologic.(which takes the email address as input)

    CH has a function now that allows the admin to retrigger the email.
