Skin Pigments for Reactions - Powering an inclusive future for ALL

Webex is a fantastic platform for bringing folks together. Reactions allow users to contribute feedback to meetings without disrupting the audio feed. Unfortunately the reactions only represent people of one skin color. While I am certain this was unintentional, the current hand gestures do not represent the breadth of our customers.

"I’m asking all of us as technology leaders to direct our energy toward creating solutions that move the world toward global inclusion. It is a necessity and one that we can all meet if we work together."

Our CEO Chuck Robbins

Enhancement request : At minimum our reactions should be neutral as it pertains to race and gender. Perhaps gestures without skin pigment being represented or the option for the user to select the skin pigment.

This has already been applied and should be marked by the Cisco team as such. Personally, I believe that the multiple hand colors is the wrong direction to go. A color can identify a person's race and create a possible bias. Why not go with one generic color such as blue or green.
