We have run into a situation where some Webex shares were not signed in with the correct dedicated account during onsite set up. There is currently no way to identify which account a WebEx Share is using to authenticate to the Wi-Fi network. The risk - an incorrect account password may expire taking a Share device offline. There is also no way to identify which account was used onsite when in front of the unit. The only way to resolve this is to factory restore every Share device and redo the initial set up to ensure the correct account/password is applied.
