Description: We are running into upset customers because of calling line id issues-- can you provide a work around? Example--its a doctors office and users are doctors that call patients, the doctors caller id is the locations main number and his calling name id is ron simmons-- the patient sees his name ron simmons, they do not want their name output to patients.
If we change the caller id to medical center this does resolve the issue.
However now whenever Ron calls a local user or ext the local user does not know who is calling as the name medical center shows up.
There needs to be an internal and external caller id field
Note: this may be the same as WXCUST-I-464, WXCUST-I-2110, as well as CR-9277 from the older Change Request system.
