API for blocking direct rooms between users

Would like to have an API to prevent a user from creating a direct room (direct message) with other specific users.
also need to delete existing spaces

Need for compliance reasons and for education secor

    We have had similar requests to block specific user-to-user interactions because of harassment concerns. Which is obviously an HR matter but it would be good if we could implement a block on future messages while the HR process is engaged.

    On a user by user basis this seems onerous since Cisco would need to store the users list. There is a feature planned for ethical walls where some AD groups cannot talk to other AD groups. I think this would help here if the target industry vertical uses AD.

    Also in the education sector we have other compliance vendors that see the membership created event for the 1o1 space and remove the membership and hide the space. In the future we will do more "inline" events so AGAT can block the membership creation BEFORE it is executed. There is not concrete time line for it. For now ethical walls is the best approach.
