As security awareness increases in our company, particularly around email, executives are concerned that their Webex meeting invitations are being marked EXTERNAL. The invitation is not being marked EXTERNAL (meetings are scheduled through Outlook Productivity Tools and thus are internal), but the "You are designated a Cohost of this meeting" email is an external email, and sent to all designated cohosts of a meeting. We would like the ability to suppress this email to avoid the confusion associated with the EXTERNAL email marking.
