Auto update VDI Plugin

With the support of auto update on the Webex Desktop application, the VDI plugin still needs to be downloaded/updated manually. This makes it difficult to do mass deployments or keeping the vdi plugin compatible.

    Automatic upgrade of VDI plugin on Webex app is under plan. ETA is around end of CY 2021.
