"Bookmark in a space" feature to open as a new tab in the user's default web-browser Merged

When providing a link to an internal platform in the bookmark space, it opens up in the Webex Team's browser. It would be a great feature to open as a new tab in the user's default web-browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.), instead of embedding it in Webex Teams as some of the features of the platform are missing.

User can right-click and select 'open in browser' for tabs.
