Option to save Jabber chat history on reset

We have a lot of users(20K+).

Often we need to make reset for Jabber clients. If you make reset all chat history are erased.

It will be great to have option button to save chat history on reset. For all platforms.

Users are very disappoint to lost all information(except persistent chat) every time.

Like ever IM service you have heard of other than Snapchat saves conversations until the user deletes them. Why Cisco cannot figure this feature out is beyond me.
