Not having the accurate presence status can lead to operational issues. Please address it asap.

when the user is active and working on another app, when the screensaver is enabled, when the user is locking device scenarios customer finds the locking device confusing end-users, and when the lock screen is triggered, logically it should be changed to away instantly. but in WebEx, the app will change the status after 10 minutes.

A simple function of setting status to "away" when the PC is locked would be ideal!

This is a basic must have feature that is present in skype/MS teams. Many times, my co-workers ping me when I lock my computer and go for lunch assuming that I'm available.

On the contrary, I want to have the option to turn on and off this feature. In Jabber, you can prevent the automatic away status. When I'm sitting at my desk doing things but not touching my computer, my status changes to away after about 10 minutes. I want people to know I'm sitting at my desk and keep my status Active so they know they can send me messages.

It would be really to bring back the same Availability/Status mechanism as Jabber..

MS Team does it perfectly and is very intuitive
