CUCM - administrators need ability to update CSR attributes through GUI

When I need to generate a Certificate Signing Request on CUCM with modified attributes (for example, with a different 'Organisation' value), the fact I need to either...

a) run a CLI command on the CUCM and break the existing Certificate Authority; or

b) get TAC to Root into the CUCM and edit an xml file

...is completely ridiculous.

On Expressway, I can effect this same modification through its GUI with no risk to the existing certificates. It also does not require root access or TAC intervention. I can update all the fields I need to with no other intervention on that product.

Why not CUCM?

Please give CUCM administrators the ability to modify attributes for a new CSR via the GUI. The current method/s are unnecessarily risky, time-consuming and frustrating.
