CUCM - allow 'Cisco Smart License Manager' network service to be managed from GUI

On CUCM, why is the Cisco Smart License Manager network service unable to be stopped, started or restarted from the Graphic User Interface?


Seems to be the only service which this isn't possible for.


I know Cisco Smart License Manager is documented as being a network / platform service which is always running, but that doesn't mean administrators should be prevented from performing actions if they do encounter issues with that service.
