Access to Web Browser App when joining from smart phone

Currently when attendees join from their smart phone (even if using a supported browser such as chrome) they can only join via Dial In or through downloading the mobile app. This is a disadvantage when wanting to have the full meeting /training experience with someone who may not have access to a desktop/laptop of their own or not feel able to download and navigate the app.
