Add Webex Assistant to the Webex app (aka Webex Teams)

The customer wants to have the Webex Assistant in the Webex app as well.

Webex Assistant is available in Webex Meetings version 40.4 and later. It's available for the Webex Meetings desktop app, Webex Meetings mobile app, and Webex Meetings web app.
