Expressway SIP Update Support for Encryption Padlock Symbol Display

Expressway currently doesn't support the SIP Update message forwarding, which impacts the display of the padlock symbol for an encrypted call when registered via any endpoint type via MRA as the Call-Info security=encrypted is not forwarded to external.

This is confusing the users who would expect it on an encrypted call from Home office devices.
