We LOVE the breakout session feature addition to WebEx Meeting. It is much easier to use than in WebEx Training.

We know you can upload a .csv file for pre-assigning breakout sessions if you do it from the website when you schedule the meeting. Unfortunately we don't always have all the information we need to do the pre-assignments at that time. Plus, people are hearing about breakout sessions and decide to add them later. We schedule 99% of our meetings using Productivity Tools and Outlook. It would be REALLY helpful if we could upload the .csv file from the Productivity Tools both when the meeting is set up and as an edit to the meeting.
