Any changes done under Control hub -> Services -> Messaging does not require to save making the change automatically saves the change causing possible issue of making changes without being aware.

We require if for example Disable use of unmanaged app is checked to get an option that you really want to change this (by maybe putting a save button on the bottom of the screen) this will prevent unwanted changes to be done
