Request for having the opportunity to check the Audio, Video and Share stats of a call through Teams CVI when a Cisco endpoint is used.
This way, clients would not have to submit tickets with both Microsoft Teams and Webex supports for checking the quality. As instead, they'll be able to troubleshoot for data loss by themselves (from their end)
Ron, is this for on-prem registered devices, i don't see the stats in the control hub. Do you search the VTC number from the teams invite?

When I go to live meetings in control hub, MS teams meetings using CVI do not show up. That's how I took this request as.

Cloud registered or edge with Webex optimizatioin stats available in Control Hub for sometime now...this is older idea, marking as available now by Ron Lewis

this would be helpful to see live call stats or previous meetings for troubleshooting on the audio video.
