Customer would like to be implemented notification similar to the Mobile app, where you will be notified(prompted with screen) and asked if you want to re-authenticate in case the login for the phone service is about the expire.

Not to raise the bar but it would be great if there was a configuration in the Softphone settings of the Webex App to automatically attempt reconnection after a period of time of disconnection. As it stands we have customers whose softphones have unregistered due to a brief disconnection (of VPN) or token expiration and they don't realize the softphone is not registered and they are not receiving calls.
At a minimum there needs to be something that alerts the user (or automatically reconnects) to the fact that their softphone is not connected.

Requested feature enhancement should automatically renew the refresh token (when SSO is enabled). From the user perspective, no user intervention should be required.
