Webex Control Hub troubleshooting flag VPN connected users

On the Webex Control Hub troubleshooting diagnostics portal, it will be great to flag VPN connected users, in the tabs (audio, video, share and details).

WCH can allow customers to specify all their public IPs and then use them to translate them to flag "VPN".

The flag be seen if user can hover the mouse over a user's conenction telemetry.

In addition, the flag can be captured in the details tab.

In addition, if the diagnostics page can be filtered to ONLY see VPN-conencted users, or ONLY non-VPN-connected users, it will allwo customers to quickly identify if the issue is happening to users coming in via VPN etc... in a quick way.

Diagnostics page should also implement other filters-- for example, "List only participants having high latency" or "Group users by the media node they are on."
