Disable Q&A for some users in Webex meetings

CU wants the Q&A to be turned off by session so we can have some users with it and some not.

    How would the meeting organizer or admin know which users should be able to use Q&A or not?

    The Admin would know by the session type they assign by license type. Just like other features like Chat, Recording etc, these can be turned off in the session type the admin assigns. Q&A should be the same.
