In Sales Readiness we leverage animation in our slide decks for a variety of reasons, all of which are important components of our training sessions. Without them we are simply not able to engage our audience and directionalize their learning as effectively. This capability is extremely critical to our role in E&I.

The ability to include animations in a PowerPoint presentation during a Webex is critical. It provides additional engagement and allows the presentation to support the points being discussed in a targeted and focused way. Without this ability, we are creating PowerPoint decks with individual slides to mimic what the animations would do and thus have increased slides within a deck from 30 to over 100 in some cases. This is a waste of resources when PowerPoint is built with the animation features for a purpose.

Animation allowed when a presentation is loaded to webex is an absolute must have! This funcationality is imperative as we try to sell, onboard and support sales in a virtual world.

SALESPEOPLE- know that in order to deliver an engaging presentation that pulls your audience in and is memorable, they MUST have animations in their content. The current work around is to share your app via the share functionality. When you do this, the presenter view is changed and does not set the presenter up for a successfull session- can we seriously afford to handicap our salepeople during this busy selling season. The lack of animation will definitely impact 1/1/21 new sales.

ONBOARDING/ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT- the optimal approach to supporting our new members with enrollment meetings in this virtual world is to engage new members and keep them connected to the session. One of the best ways to accomplish this is with animated presentations. It is silly to expect an account manager to deliver a memorable, informative presentation from an app share. They must be set up to succeed in order to support our new members and help them to understand their benefits. A member who understands their benefits translates to a higher NPS- this is critical to achieving that postitive experience.

SALES READINESS- To support the field in their ability to understand our products and services and be able to effectively position them we continue to hold live webinars. Our consultants must be able to use the core capabilities of webex to deliver and facilitate an engaging session. Animation is a table stake. In order to create "mock animation" we have to double our work and literally create 5 slides to replace 1 slide with 4 clicks of animation. This costs a lot of money and also causes a great deal of employee frustration. They need the right tools to perform the basics of their jobs.

Please help resolve this annimation PowerPoint in Webex issue. As one that delivers and facilitates trainings, having teh ability to click through bullet points on a slide and have reveals is important to the retention and concentration of the participants during the session.

Not having this functionality, after the last WebEx upgrade, has caused us extra work creating a slide per animation. This is extending the timeframes of us completing our projects and causing people to work longer to get something done. In addition, it is a critical thing for our sales audience to have so they can hold engaging sales meetings .

The ability to use animation in an uploaded PPT file is critical to the success of our presentations and trainings. We use animation to build out our content with slide reveals and create engagement during the sessions. We also need to be able to easily monitor the other panels like participants, chat, polling, breakouts... These are not easily accessed using the recommended Application sharing or Screen Sharing.

The ability to use animation in an uploaded PPT file is critical for supporting engagement during our training sessions. We need to be able to share a ppt file and easily monitor the chat, polls and participants when facilitating sessions. Using the uploaded file, allows us to do this.

The recommended way to share Powerpoint presentations (w/ animations/transitions) in Webex is to use Application sharing or Screen sharing.

However, the chat, Q&A, poll and video features are not easily accessed using share app or screen share in Webex Training Center.
